Jackie has worked for Blue Sky for 12 years and joined as the Customer Services Manager. She previously spent 14 years working in the IT department for an American Bank after starting her working life as a Secretary. It’s from this background where she gets her excellent organisational skills. She’s methodical and process driven, keeping tabs on the delivery team and striving to always provide excellent customer service. Her responsibilities include Operations, HR and managing the Support team.

Matt is another long-standing employee who manages the company alongside Jackie. He has worked for Blue Sky for over 12 years and spent many years working on the Technical side before progressing to Sales and Marketing where his vast technical expertise has proven invaluable in understanding customer requirements and recommending solutions to meet their needs.

Pat worked for Blue Sky from 2000-2001 as a Lotus Notes/Domino Consultant but left to pursue his career with another IBM Business Partner. However, he returned to the fold in January 2010 and Blue Sky is again benefiting from his vast wealth of knowledge on IBM Lotus products and messaging services.

Affectionately known as Greg in the office as none of us can speak Polish or pronounce his name correctly! Greg has been with Blue Sky for over 2 years and his main area of expertise is Linux and other open source technologies. He is also our expert with IBM Websphere.

Mal joined Blue Sky in 2009. He has a good all-round experience with supporting many products including Microsoft Exchange and Sharepoint. Mal is responsible for our procurement and liaising with our suppliers for hardware kit as well as administering our backup and monitoring services.

Colin has been with Blue Sky for almost 6 years now and very quickly became indispensible with his wide-ranging technical expertise. His first role was that of Infrastructure Services Engineer but he very quickly rose up the ranks and now manages our infrastructure and security. He likes working with new technologies and was responsible for introducing our virtualised environment using VMWare.

Tom joined us straight from school on a Microsoft Apprentice Programme which he successfully completed. He is responsible for domain name management and performs much of our Lotus Notes/Domino administration.  His Photoshop skills have also come in very handy when designing our business cards and updating our website.

Jay initially worked for us on a job-share scheme with our sister company cScape.  However, his experience and knowledge were such that we very quickly took him on as a full time employee.   He’s worked in the IT industry for over 10 years and his expertise is focussed on the Microsoft range of products such as Sharepoint, OCS/Lync and Office 365. Jay has proven himself a welcome addition to our support team.

Luke is our newest and youngest member of the team. He recently completed his Microsoft Apprenticeship after joining Blue Sky on a 3 months’ work experience placement and we were very pleased to then be able to offer him a full time position with  the company.  Luke is responsible for first line support and will normally be the first voice you hear when you call our support line.  He’s still learning the ropes but has already proven invaluable in managing our anti-virus installs.
